Commitments
If you find that you are unable to help at the 2009 Wachovia Championship, please email Paula as soon as possible! We have a Wait List of potential volunteers and would like to give them ample time to complete their checklists and get important meeting dates on their calendar. Each Ambassador should have their entire checklist completed by noon on January 30th, 2009 . Any new Ambassadors accepted from the Wait List after January 30th will have until noon on February 27th, 2009 to complete their checklist.
- This includes the purchase of the Ambassador Uniform package. Please note there will be no refunds for uniforms after February 27th, 2009. New Ambassadors accepted from the Wait List after February 27th will not receive a refund after March 27th.
- Please let your Committee Chair/Hole Captain know at this time if you’ll be able to work all your scheduled shifts. If an emergency arises prior to tournament please contact them directly so they have ample time to cover your shift.
- No-Shows/Missed Shifts- Ambassadors who miss a shift without notifying their Committee Chair or Hole Captain will have their access badges taken away and will not be asked to return as an Ambassador.
New Ambassador Policy for 2009
- Ambassadors will not eat food or drinks served in Hospitality Venues, even if offered.
