Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the 2009 Event Schedule.

Parking

Ambassador Parking will be located in Patron Lots. Please park in the patron parking areas that are more convenient for your tournament travel.  2009 Parking Information

Ambassador Check-In Locations

Make sure you know where your Committee checks in! This information will be posted in the Spring.

Ambassador Alley

Please visit Ambassador Alley during tournament week. Located in the Bus-Drop Parking lot to the left

• Grab and go Breakfast items available
• Air Conditioned
• Water Coolers
• Nature Valley Bars and Lance Products
• You can drop by on your way in to work your shifts
• Relax there after your shift is complete

Access to the Course

As you exit the bus and come through the main entrance, please take the cart path leading to the left.  You will follow the cart path along the Driving Range and continue along the right side of the clubhouse.

Water

Each Ambassador is encouraged to bring cold bottled water on the days they are working and in uniform.  The water must be in clear plastic bottles, preferably Dasani brand as they are our official water sponsor. The tournament will be providing clear plastic bags with the tournament logo for you to carry your water bottles in.

Ambassador Updates by Phone

A toll free number will be provided for Ambassadors to call and receive daily updates the week of the tournament. You may call the toll-free status line for Ambassador Highlights at 1-866-465-3082.

This line will be available 24 hours starting:

Saturday, April 25, at 8:00 am through Sunday, May 3, at 6:00 pm

(If play is extended to Monday, May 4, this line will be available until 6:00 pm on Monday, May 4).
