Tournament Day

Getting there:

  • Check the weather before leaving your house
  • Dress in appropriate Ambassador Uniform and credential
  • Leave in enough time to park and arrive at the golf course/or designation location
  • Bring a bottle of water
  • Please note when you are at the parking lots, buses will not depart until they are completely full (this includes Patrons and Ambassadors). We are trying to be energy efficient and also cut down on fuel costs. Please plan accordingly allowing an estimated 30 minutes for shuttle travel time.

On-site:

  • Once you arrive on course, stop by Ambassador Alley to select refreshments/snacks.
  • When you check in with your Committee Chair or Hole Captain, make sure that they give you your Concession Vouchers for lunch and explain how to use them.
  • Vouchers are only good at Concession Stands
  • There is no eating or drinking in any Corporate Hospitality Venues

During Shift:

  • Pick up Pairing sheet to familiarize yourself with the course
  • Make sure that you are hydrated and use sunscreen if necessary
  • Marshals- water is provided at the TEE and GREENS of each hole in water coolers. Be sure to fill up your empty water bottles
  • Each Ambassador should receive at least a 30 minute lunch break. Please note that during the lunch time hours, concession stand lines are very active, try to eat at off peak times.
  • HAVE FUN!!!!
